The Belvedere Amenity Center serves as the Communities main Welcome pavilion, a central residents meeting place, an office for on-site marketing personnel, Outdoor patio for entertainment functions and Pool Bathroom facilities. A beautiful Lazy river pool is designed adjacent to the Amenity Center.
